    So glad I found your channel man. For the life of me I couldn't figure out why my chorizo just WASN'T meaty. I kept thinking maybe cook it longer to cook off the grease (come to find out thanks to you that that's basically all this brand is lol). Great video, very informative and I'm glad I'm not burning chorizo anymore!

    I think your video on chorizo breakfast burritos has been the best I've seen so far but my friend you forgot the bell peppers and the mushrooms and sausage. At least, that is how I make mine. Don't forget to make the fresh guacamole (spicy), it goes great with the burritos. But the recipe is awesome.
