    This has been a great week of videos and awesome job on losing 3+ lbs so far!I love eating potatoes as my main starch. Most recently I’ve been making fries in my air fryer, and wrapping them in a lettuce leaf with a little bit of homemade hummus. Delicious!

    I too made mash potatoes for dinner and for lunch the next day! I can't get enough of mash potatoes. I as well love potato skins in my mash potatoes. Before starting the potato reset, I couldn't imagine mash potatoes without all the fixings. I love simple plain seasoned mash potatoes! I also agree about not making 2 separate meals for dinner. My family has accepted the fact that they will have potatoes at least for 1 meal and tons of veggies. Not only have I lost 8lbs since the potato reset, but I also love that I am making eating changes for my family.
    Thanks for the inspiration and motivation!
