That pan not being flat is doing my OCD in lol. Different but I'm sticking to a good meat curry and all those vegans/vegetarians you sold out to (or is there sarcasm with the 'here's a potato curry'? BTW that's not a wooden shed is it? Big bottle of gas and a fire might not be the wisest of places to cook. I'll stick to a side of Aloo Gobi but you did make a curry that looks half as good as if it were mash :p

You don't do the besin flour the right way dry fry it first the mix with the yogurt . I was taught by a Punjabi how to make this curry
