    I made something similar the other day. I made homemade chorizo sausage crumbles (Gordon Ramsay’s recipe for a stuffing), then I fried it up store bought hash brown potatoes with diced onions and sweet peppers I had some chopped orange ones in the freezer. It was delicious.

    Nice. I make a form of that for breakfast. I call it "Garbage Eggs". Right at almost the end of cooking all your lovely ingredients I crack open a few eggs on the top, until the eggs are soft cooked, lay down some cheese on top & then serve.
