Ok I have watched so many videos on pot roast and I decided on yours because you used fresh aromatic sprigs, no flour, wine, and my favorite, mushrooms!! I love your style of cooking pot roast, the ingredients are wholesome! Now I going off to try this new receipt. I can’t stop 🤤🤤

Thank you! I learned to do a few things I wish I had done, but I believe this will be the best pot roast I've ever made. My next one will be even better when I saute some of the things I did not. It smells delicious already! 🙂

Great video Chef! Very good tips on "proper" ways to cook… educational without being pompous. Cooking students …. watch, listen and learn.

Looks amazing, I was wondering if you wanted a big thicker gravy cause that's what my parents like would you add a corn starch slurry or flour slurry? or just reduce it more.
