    I know this isn't recent but you mentioned beef barley soup. Do you have a recipe? More importantly, what is the best way to make a rich Beef stock? I've bought beef bones & roasted them but it always seems pale not rich. I do ok with chicken stock but haven't been impressed with beef stock. Thanks
