I love your recipes. I tried this in my 100% natural clay pot, used just half the amount of oil and wow all the ingredients were cooked evenly and was tasting amazing. I got my un-glazed clay pot from mecware.US, they look beautiful and add so much earthy decor in the kitchen. The meat turned out so moist and tender, didn't have to marinate it, the far-infrared heat emitted from the pot did the job for me.
in malaysia we call it the clay pot chicken rice and its normally cooed on charcoal stove,,smtyms ..dried salted fish is added to it lastly..
What kind of rice is this ? Medium grain ?
