The internal temperature of my 2.7lb. FROZEN roast after 60 minutes was 103 degrees F. Definitely needs more than 1 hour.
All I'm going to say is 120 minutes is TWO HOURS.
Followed instructions to a tee…within minutes of cooking, instant pot flashed the word “burn” to where I found a an entire blackened pot base with stuck on ingredients…WTH?

120 minutes is about an hour too long for a frozen 3 lb. roast. Enjoy your dry meat.
