The pork looks good , but you totally screwed it up by serving it with low quality long grain rice. Asian inspired served with South of the border junk rice. Come on Sam get your shit together and find a quality short grain rice to give this dish the respect it deserves

Well I’ll definitely recommend cooking the pork belly “ADOBO” style. It’s like the national dish here in the Philippines 🇵🇭 and it looks exactly the same. Just with soy plus vinegar.
