Chef AJ, I found you through Dr. G (Brooke Goldner) and I’m so glad I did! Then I heard your interview on Rich Roll’s podcast. I fell in love with your sweet heart because your energy is so kind. I loved learning of your experiences and healing; so heartwarming.
Nice to “meet you” today too, Niki. Can’t wait to make both recipes.
Thank you, both! I just have to add that you are both so inspiring and you each have the most beautiful skin.
    Thanks again!

I made the potato pancakes & used a potato ricer to squeeze out the water.
I also added Dr Greger's Savory spice blend before shaping to help amp up the flavors.
Mine took way longer to cook- more like 20 mins per side.
They were a success, even my 3 non plant based male ate them .

I can really relate, with regards to news and sports ^^ not interested in watching either, and you're so right – people will tell you anyways about the horrible things in the news, so why seek it out ^^" I have made my own chickpea flour 😀 it is like was said on the show, the dried, uncooked beans, I just processed them in my Vitamix 🙂 such fantastic recipes these seem to be, yum 😀 went to the store and bought some potatoes actually, was going to the store anyways halfway through my watching, so I thought well why not pick up some 😉 Dr Davis is always so delightful 🙂 thank you so much <3

I realize Dr. Davis has limited equipment where she is right now. I am glad she suggested people use a teatowel to squeeze the liquid out of the potato mixture. Most paper towels contain bleach.
