I am laughing right now. I was cutting up cauliflower and watching your show, fighting my cat because he too loves eating raw cauliflower as do I when you mentioned it and I couldn't stop laughing

When you started singing NSync 😂 my favorite RAW vegetable 🥕 is probably carrot. But I do love cauliflower, actually I love a ton of vegetables, but cauliflower is in top 5. Also yes I’d love a video on your bread making. Do you avoid wheat for some reason? And was wondering what state you’re in? Thanks for sharing your cooking knowledge. Love watching you and your family, you all are so entertaining 😂❤

I usually mix my freshly milled flour with AP flour just to stretch it since I don’t have the space for bulk storage that would lower the unit price. I also add vital wheat gluten to give it more protein and a stronger structure in the finished loaves. Would love to finally get back to sourdough too!

Morning, I look forward to your videos!!! Todays food was great– watching you make bread, cinnamon rolls brought back childhood memories of my mom making them. She made 7-9 loaves of bread a week. The other thing she made was what she called dough daddys ( make a patty with dough, fry til golden on both sides then put real butter on tops & eat. Yuuumy– they were so good. Now Im wfp based so havent made them in 40 yrs. It is a joy to watch you interact with Marcy. She does such a great job — way to go girl !!! See you next time, from grandma Katie in Oregon

I used to really enjoy cooking beans stove top, but now I just throw them into my instant pot from dry (no soak needed, just a rinse). They take about 19 to 21 minutes, depending on the size of the bean.
As for my favorite raw veggie… red bell pepper if consumed alone, otherwise greens with dressing. I love raw foods. 😊
    Yummy, awesome meal prep!

Good Morning! I am so curious about plant based families and oil consumption. You hear good and bad everywhere. It seems like you have done a lot of research and prepare only the healthiest of foods for your family. What is your take on grapeseed oil and its high omega 6 levels and what do you do to balance your omega 3s? The plant based doctors I have followed do not like oil, especially coconut oil as research shows it increases cholesterol levels. Which doctors do you follow and are there any studies you can link as to its benefits and why you include it so much in your diet? I have really enjoyed your videos and LOVE seeing your kids in the kitchen. Such great ideas for getting some meals in the fridge for an easier week! Thank you for all your fun & inspiring content!! ❤

I could eat a whole iceberg lettuce if it has olive oil salt and vinegar. So good. If you soak sliced radish in white vinegar it tastes like salt and vinegar chips. They are so yummy. Tips of broad bean plants taste like peas fresh off the bush.

Yay! Your dandelion root/chicory coffee alternative, hot beverage sounds yummy! Right now, I was just about to do my 6am warm up exercises and was sipping mushroom coffee..I turned on YouTube and wow! your program was right there 🥰 yayayay.
But yes, I’m sipping mushroom coffee and guess what!? another vegan influencer says that she roasts date seeds, and ground’s them and promises that it is beyond outstanding as a coffee alternative hot beverage 😊
In other news, I love your spelt recommendations and actually have some spelt berries that I can sprout or mill! I’m so excited to try spelt flour with your video guidance. As for my fave veggie to munch/crunch omgosh mine was Cauliflower for the longest😵- back when I had was a young mom like you.. my young crew of 6 were stair-step 12 and under. I was low-key convinced that it was my body informing me what I needed most. These days,
    I love lettuce 😅
Clearly my needs have changed or idk, I just like butter lettuce, and young lettuces- I fold and chop 😅.
But let me stop 😉 and get back to your video and warm up exercises 😌
