    I discovered bulgar wheat a few years ago, it's a real game changer. Made some breakfast sausage patties using a 1 to 1 mixture of quick oats, bulgar and brown rice, you could probably make a really good burger patty with it too. All I was missing was a little extra chewiness so I think I'll add some shrooms next time. I will definitely use your recipe for spaghet some time soon.
