I don't have children and a family that I live with but still watched this awesome video. My mum seems to be too set in her ways and not interested in going vegan or plant based. Every time I have visited her every meal has been a store bought ready meal(always contains animal products) and that's what she continues to eat and i think the only vegetable she has cooked is potatoes. She would benefit from a plant based diet because she has several health issues that a plant based diet would help reduce the symptoms if not reverse them(not all the health issues are diet related). I can't understand how she can be content eating the way she does. Love ❤ Jeremy and Family.

Great video! All these recipes look delicious. I was getting ready to print out the Tofu Nuggets recipe but I have a question. Is there really 1671mg of sodium in each serving? That seems like a lot considering the ingredients in the recipe. Love your videos. Thanks!

Tshirt ideas – plantaculous or plantacular Love changing words up. When things are not going my way, I use craptacular or does Rose Kennedy have a black dress. 😉 These videos are quite helpful. I can’t get my son on the plant based lifestyle to save my soul.

    Hey Jeremy 👋

Sending you a shout-out and a HUGE thank you for coming over and cooking with us! You know the food was good because the kids helped crush that whole caserole in 2 days. Looking forward to trying those recipes in different combinations in the future!

'Jeremy when you do these sort of videos you and your guests should wear a microphone. I 'm kinda deaf in one ear and at times when you walk away in the kitchen t was hard to hear. I'ts the kind that snap on to your shirt

Y’all think kids are bad. My hubby thinks anything new is absolutely positively alien poison. Doesn’t matter if everything in it is food he’s eaten before. If it’s presented in a “new” form, it’s bad. But, I’ve decided my health is important too. So I’m cooking two meals most of the time now. Luckily mine are plants so I can make extra and be set for days. I love getting new ideas from your videos Jeremy! I’m all in!

Looking forward to this one. I have 3 "kids" ages 20, 20 and 22. I would be lucky to name 3 meals we all like so hoping to get some ideas. The 22 year old is similar to your daughter. He can be a bit aggravating LOL
