    No gluten structure because of too much yeast, the dough is also very stiff, this is a bad pizza dough recipe (and im not even comparing it to neapolitan pizza dough).

    please do not use this recipe, its not good for your health 7 grams of dried yeast for 240 grams of flour thats gonna make your stomach bubbeling…also the dough is so dried, no hydration you can see its bad pizza
