I gave u a thumbs down because u dont tell us what setting u used on the instant like did u use the rice setting or the poultry setting or manual setting. Beginners watch videos to learn how to use the instant pot. As delish as your food looks i would have liked to know this info, as i am a beginner with not only with instant pot but pressure cooking as well.
