I must say THANKS for your VIDS… I am an old cook and have learned much from you about cooking MEXICAN. I will try your drunken beans and the wet burrito recipe……I have tried and enjoyed others. Birria de Res + Tacos, then I made soup out of the leftovers adding the “CHILE Powder you taught me to make it was and IS awesome. I use it everywhere. BUT FIRST I must make Chorizo, YES Indeed I will also make your CHORIZO….Thank you again for all your fine work…..Thank your Sista for me as well. You guys are fun to watch.

For recipes you do w an instant pot can you also give directions on how to make it w a crock pot please for those of us who don’t have instant pots and use crock pots instead? That would be really helpful bc so many look so good and some of us aren’t the best cooks w out good directions – thanks so much!

You inspire me to get back in the kitchen to cook. Listening to you and Cloud is remembering what my Mom and I sounded like when we were together cooking. She gained her heavenly wings in 2017. Don’t ever change the way you are together and don’t apologize for your wit, humor, language and joy of life. I am 65 and thoroughly enjoy your videos. I come from a Multi Cultural family and your family would fit right in.

I hope you see this comment before my beans are done cooking! The part where you showed the chile de arbol……what part do you add those? you just put them in there whole? Help! I don't want the beans to go without them in there, but I don't want to mess up the recipe!
