It looks good, but I'm not a fan of pineapple upside down cake. I've heard you can do a cheesecake in the instant pot. If you guys like cheesecake that would be an awesome one for me to see you do. I like to make my friends the guinea pigs LOL

Never tried baking in an instant pot. The cake would go great with a nice cup of coffee…out on the back deck in the morning! Nice job.
