I made Mindy's moon cake recipes last year. Purchased the beautiful design presses and red bean paste. They were fun to make and delicious. Still want to try homemade lotus paste. Definitely will try pineapple recipe. Thank you Mindy. Your videos are marvelous.

You would waste alot les Pineapple, if you used a old fashioned UK style Potatoe peeler with a eye remover.
