I love how you use the drainer to wash and drain the rice at the same time! Such a helpful and quick way to do it. Thx. I also picked up the zero sugar yogurt yesterday at the supermarket in excited to try it. If it’s too tasteless I guess I will just add some honey on top.

I prepped some chicken tonight but my cat was all up in the cool down process and I caught myself telling him, "No sir, Rianna says to let it cool to room temp so I have to leave it out". Thought I'd tell you that your name made an appearance in my house tonight lol I'm a new sub and absolutely love your content btw! 🙂

You did that! Excellent video! Your video gave me plenty of ideas. New predominantly pescatarian for two months so far and your video lets me know that I can sustain it.

If you’re counting macros, you can leave the oil out of the cashew dressing and it will still be very good! Cashews are full of healthy fats and will do a good job of making a nice creamy dressing without the added oil 🙂

The salad that you made reminds me of the salmon salad I like to get from Publix. Yours has less calories of course so I will try it out. I for sure need to stock up on some small mason jars to keep my dressing in. I feel they last longer that way.
