    Those little green peppers originally from Brazil/South America taken to African countries (along with yucca/manioc) where the people named them simply put; "hot" … "piri". So, they are known as piri piris.

    Nandos Blanch their chickens and keep them in the steamers. Thats how they get it on your table within few minutes. I know how they blanch them too but don't want to go on and on. As always great video though.
