Enjoying a re-re-re (?) watch of this video. This Christmas after my mom's death we aren't doing a standard Christmas but I do want to have some turkey meat because my daughter is expecting #3 and has hyperemesis gravidarum so if I can cook some turkey meat ahead of time (and be juicy) to serve cold with some gluten free rolls for her it would hopefully be something she could keep down. 'The Plan' for Christmas food is just some nice nibbles that are non-smelly, easy to digest and still delicious. So I knew from past viewings that this was the video to watch. Thank you for blessing us, your viewers, with such great and useful content. Flo and Dude, Merry Christmas and may Christ continue to bless your family and your channel.

Looks so wonderful! Very nice video if you can silence the negative comments coming from behind the camera 😜. You do a great job of providing just enough details and showing follow along close-ups. Just purchased an instant pot (not the smart one) so may get a separate Sous Vide stick. Great job!

wow, just 2 hours for sous vide……Just doesn't seem like long enough for 145 deg. Definitely one I'm going to do – but just breast only. That is BONELESS – right? Sprouts sells turkey parts and I'm just a "party of one" – so breast – maybe thighs too….

Happy Thanksgiving! I've got a new IP Ultra and can't wait to test out the Ultra setting to try a turkey breast. Do you think it would work if I left the breast intact with the bone?

That looked SO AWESOME! I never thought about Sou s Vide in the Instant Pot (I need a second one anyway) Thank you so much… and I echo the comments that your husband is a lucky guy and that you say "He does OK" (ha ha… he, as Dave Ramsey always says… doing better than he deserves)
Merry Christmas from a new subscriber, keep up the great vids

Hi! Excited to try this since my husband is not impressed with turkey’s so far. Is the Smart only used to maintain the temperature? I am guessing a thermometer in there will do the same. I just got my Duo yesterday and don’t think the hubs will approve another IP without wowing him with food first, lol!

Ok Flo, you've won me over. I'm just curious to know how much liquid did you have in the IP when you were pressure cooking the legs, thighs and wings? Also, we loved Cam(eraman) Dan a.k.a. Cam Dan cameo video verdict. I'm not a big Turkey person, but this video recipe seemed simple enough and came out great!
