That's a big boy Scott! Great looking roast. You and the Z grill did a great cook my friend! YUM! I had to cook ours in the oven on Christmas Day being at the beach. We I used the left over for chili beans! Hope you had a Merry Christmas and you have a Great New Year!

Man…. I love me some prime rib. But I cried watching this cut get cooked this way…. It sure if I would use this cut this way. I could almost hear the cow mooing. Guess I gotta try a piece, then judge it.

That was a big roast, Scott! Mine was barely over 4lbs, smoked in my barrel smoker at 230° Such a tender piece of meat! Yours looks outstanding, and it did look like it melted in your mouth! Scotty who? 😂😂😂 JK! Man, he did several prime ribs this year, but this same one he did was my favorite, as is yours!!! Happy New Year, brother!🎉

Great video Scott! I really liked the trip to the store and back. Yes Scotty's backyard BBQ is great. Seems like a really nice guy. That looks like it came out really good. Can't remember the last time I had prime rib.
