    I just watched this for the scratch method roux instructions. Can always count on scratch instructions on this channel. Gunna use vegan butter for my wife and I could always use less lactose… But ๐Ÿ˜ฌ For the sake of arguing. If you have to use golden curry roux what would you add to it, spice wise? Cause 8mins savings I mean come on time is money.
