I do them with the egg function too but for 4 minutes, quick release, no water bath, just cold water from the faucet until I'm able to handle them with my hands and done! To peel, I put my egg over the counter my hand over it, press. and move my hand up and down until it's all peeled. With the Instant Pot, the peeling is a breeze! thank you for your video!

Great video. I have the 10 in 1 instant pot and you’re the only person I’ve ever seen use the egg button. I have a instant pot with tons of buttons and everybody just uses manual/pressure cook for every recipe. Keep up the good work

I tried this today. Was so easy and came out perfect! The yolk was well-cooked and came out creamy, not crumbly.
Looks like you may need a white balance adjustment on your camera but with that said they looked good but just a touch under cooked. I have tried some of the boil and ice methods and they work really well. It's worth trying and I will, thank you for the idea!
