All these vids are electric pc.. What i do with spares is 20 min cook and natural release. I did this on babybacks and they were over done. Perhaps i should do this 25 min instant release but i try and make sure mine are done. 5 extra mins of pc cook is like 30 mins oven time. I just feel like natural release after 20 helps cook it a little longer and gentle. I am in the process of filming my pc ribs. Ive cooked a hell of a lot of ribs in a pc but never record. These are nowhere near smoked which is my ideal way but i dont have time, charcoal or woodchips. Haha.

Great product>>>ur2.pl/1035 i've had earlier versions of electric pressure cookers and either sent one back and donated the other. They were clunky, heavy and not user friendly. I saw a demo on this one and decided to give it another try. There is a small learning curve but, so far, I'm impressed and very happy with the purchase. It's quick, easy and the clean up is a breeze.

Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ sauce is my absolute favorite sauce too! When I smoke Ribs it’s like a 3 day event with brining them, letting the dry rub sit on them and then the actual smoking. Which, you’re right, nothing can beat those. BUT, ribs in only 30 minutes…I’m going to have to try this!
