G'day Chris. This isn't a meal to want if you're in a hurry, but if you've got the time, it's worth the wait.
Absolutely banging alright. A mountain of flavours to be had and a satisfying filling.
Thanks for bringing a bit of Downunder 🇦🇺 to the English table.

Wow, Chris. That looks amazing. I have been following your videos for about two weeks now. I have watched quite a few. You're a character for sure. I live alone and can't cook for toffee. Your videos are giving me inspiration for sure. Keep up the good work, buddy. I'm an Oldham lad also. I will try this, Chris. Thanks again. Oh, and I f**kin love you. John boy 👍👍

    What a cracking idea.

When I do bolognese, I always brown the meat first, drain off the fat and set the mince aside in a bowl while I sweat the onions/garlic etc to cut down on the fat, but then I saw you add the pepperoni and the cheese!!

I'd buy grated cheese over grating it because I hate washing graters. Also pepperoni is food of the atheist non-existent gods. Love dipping my finger in pepperoni grease pools.
