I just wanted to come back here and tell you I made these cookies, and they are wonderful. The grandkids love them. They are very balanced in flavor. Thank you. These cookies will be in my family for years to come now. Thank you, Renea.
YUMMY ! I wrote your recipe down & will be baking some as soon as my copd is back in control . Thank you so much for sharing ! Merry Christmas to you & yours !
Please don't apologize for time with your momma. I so enjoy your videos. You make it feel like I am right there in your kitchen with you. My husband is battling cancer right now also, so I am hoping you are taking some time for u too. May God bless you and your family.
Iβm hoping your mom starts feeling better. My husband is going three chemo again now. He had cancer last year and it came back. Heβs awfully sick too. Make sure you take time to take care of yourself. I know first hand how it is. Be safe!
Renae, hon never apologize for spending time with your mama! Spend every minute you can with her. These are precious memories you are building with her. Talk about anything and everything! It really matters. No regrets dear lady! Utube will still be here….. Thanks for the cookie recipe! How could you not like these! A little bit of everything!
Just discovered your channel yesterday, oh my… I've watched 4 of your videos already and am making this recipe ASAP. I can relate to you on so many levels. The moment I heard your voice, I just knew you were a Michigan girl. I was born & raised there but moved away many years ago. Last year I lost my Mom & Grandma 9 weeks apart. It sure is nice to hear a Michigander speaking in my ear that sounds just like home. I had a couple of your videos playing in my kitchen earlier today while I started my chilli & baked off my cornbread for tonight's dinner. It's a cold one down here in southern Indiana but I know it's colder back home. Like you, I spend a lot of time alone & it sure was nice to have you in the kitchen with me, you actually sound just like one of my old friends from back home. Boy did that make me smile & I thank you for that. Hope you and your are having a wonderful day, may God bless you ….
I don't comment but I wanted to let ya know,I enjoy your videos and wanted to let you know I tried this recipe and the cookies are absolutely delicious. Thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas to you and your family from Texas.π

Those cookies look like a recipe I used to have years ago but lost! They were so yummy, although I think it also added raisins and it was called trail mix I think. I just looked in the description and the recipe wasnβt there yet, did you forget to add it? I hope your mom is feeling well soon ππΌπ

Thanks for sharing, this recipe looks delicious! π I know how hard it can be when you have a sick momma. My Mom was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer and she had a very difficult time with chemo. Do the best that you can and rest when needed. Sending hugs and prayers to you and your family. π
