I tried your recipe with the non dairy crowd and it works just as fine: vanilla nice cream made with frozen bananas, vanilla and almond milk, peaches pureed like you do, and some honey added instead of sugar. Hi Becky, this makes me hungry for the homemade peach ice cream my parents used to make out in our side yard, back when I was a kid in the '60's! We had two old peach trees that produced very small peaches, and late summer/early fall meant we might get a couple of gallons out of them at the most. Haven't thought about that in years…
