I love your videos. You guys are so wonderfully old school that you make me forget about these goofy modern times and transport me into a realm that was simpler, genuine, pristine, classy, and more innocent. And I miss my mom and dad who too were old school and made life richer.

That looked delicious. When my grandma was alive that was out traditional Easter meal. Also, being former lamb farmers! I miss having fresh lamb. I cringe at the price of lamb in the stores now. Rosemary/ cheese muffins would have been good with the lamb also. Have a wonderful Easter.

As a kiwi, the only thing I would change the Australian lamb to New Zealand lamb, which as everyone knows is superior in every way, except maybe Australians, but nobody should listen to them. About anything. Ever. πŸ˜€

back in "ancient times"(the 50's.) I worked in the fields harvesting potatoes. The small potatoes were never sent to market , instead they were given to local farmers to feed to their pigs. Thus the term "pig potatoes". Today they are sold as gourmet potatoes. This video was among your best. Happy Easter!!

We LOVE lamb at Easter! Maybe because we are Greek! πŸ™‚ Also, have been meaning to ask you..in your opening titles, the symbol that is above the Paula's Kitchen logo, is that a d and p for Dale and Paula? Figured so but wanted to ask! πŸ™‚ It's clever!

Another great video! Growing up we always had leg of lamb for Easter. So – this brought back some memories. About the smoke alarm – we've set ours off MANY times cooking. Of course we get called from our provider to tell them what happened. Got to the point that we disengage the batteries when we do brown meat. Kind of embarrassing. Take Care! Hope you two and your other family members have an amazing Easter!
