    Hello ma'am, every food that you cook is droolworthy🤗.
    I wanted to make you aware of few things which is important for your health:
    1. Prefer sole or barramundi over basa because the mercury content of basa is very high which is not good. Both sole and barramundi are expensive but worth it.
    2. While buying sauces like soya,oyster etc please check if class 2 preservatives are added. They are really bad too. There are few options in the market that are preservative free. Also avoid ones with artificial colors.
    3. Use steel or iron vessels for cooking. Non stickwares are extremely harmful.
    I know they might be difficult to follow but your body will thank you in the long run.
