    For me, starting with the Whole30 was a real eye opener to how good nutrition could change how I feel from head to toe and slay the sugar dragon. When I did the reintroduction, I quickly discovered that grains and dairy were harming me. So the Paleo lifestyle works wonderfully with my metabolism! Seriously I feel amazing. I fell off the wagon for a couple years and was starting to feel old and sluggish down to my bones… for my 50th Birthday I decided to get my health back. So I’m doing a whole30 reset and taking on the Paleo lifestyle full time again. Honestly it’s even better this time! My pooch and bloating are gone, my measurements are nicer, I have smoother joints, incredible sleep, energy and a physical confidence that I had lost eating traditional processed “food”. I’ve been going on hikes and visiting the gym with less pain and more endurance. It’s worth the effort to do a serious Whole30 and see where you are really at.
