    Hi aarthi, I joined before 1 month green fitness, good result 1 month I reduced 4 kg..and don't make separate food. They are making very easy to lose weight..1 hour workout…u will try that…definitely it will motive so many ladies…

    Just try only one thing.. u can eat anything only between 6am to 6pm.. this schedule is doing miracles for losing weight on a healthy way. Along with this easy small exercises like walking and skipping will help.

    Hi mam, nice to see u do meal prep for max… Guess u missed adding turmeric and ginger….suggest not to over cook meat and veggies…. As half cooked is better than pressure cooked….I have reserved an old 10ltr pot and saute ginger and turmeric in coconut oil followed by meat and veggies….. Add around 3liters hot water to speed up the process….once all the ingredients come to a boil for 5min u can switch off the stove…. Transfer the same into another dedicated container once cooled…. And keep it in your fridge…..u can add this portion with kibble or rice….fish oil or omega 3oil available at vet….good for skin & 1:5 water and apple cider vinegar if sprayed on this coat…. Keeps away from ticks and flees…. Healthy coat as well 😃
