Love this pressure cooker!>>>ur2.pl/1035 I made Thai curry with chicken in 30 min and steamed rice in 6! I was a bit apprehensive as this is my first time using anything like this but getting started was pretty simple. It is important to follow instructions and "season" the seal. This would be a great gift for busy moms or really anyone who needs great food, super fast. I got this during prime day but will look for another deal around the holidays.

The recipe seems good but I am Curious. The meat was not washed, as shown on video. I visit various cooking sites and MANY DO NOT show any cleaning of meat before preparation and cooking. WHY?

    Hi,

This really looks like a great recipe, and my friend is typing this message for me as my wrists are very painful today.

It would really be so nice if you could list the ingredients and all step by step directions so I could keep the recipe by copying and pasting it directly into my computer word processing program, without having to stop and start the video to write long hand since carpal tunnel hurts. You could add that recipe information within the show more option.

This would so greatly be appreciated, and if you take this under consideration I thank you in advance.

Really good recipe – I just made mine today and it was delicious.

I made quite a few changes, but one thing I did before serving was broil the oxtail in the oven for a few minutes for that crispy crust(??). I did not have potatoes, so used large carrots. Also made a concoction of blended green onions, ginger, garlic, onions and tossed that in the pot to get more of a sauce. Added a bit of tomatoes paste too.

    What a meal!

I think I still have meat sweats.
