    When I worked I would leave my instant oatmeal packets and supplies there. We had access to a small kitchen area which was wonderful! Now that I am retired, I find myself getting "lazy" and need to get back into the morning oatmeal habit! I also add some organic ground flax (just a tad) to my oatmeal with Stevia brown sugar and whatever else I want. My doctor told me that the ground flax is excellent for heart health also! I do have steel cut oats also. I did not know I could cook them like this beforehand and reheat in the morning! Thank you for that tip! LOVE your channel!! I wish I would have found you earlier in the season! I would have put those lushy looking house slippers on my Christmas list! Maybe my birthday list! I have ordered some Ecloths and a few Grove products also. We both have a little allergy issue and we live very close to the Mississippi River so it is allergy all year round in this part of the country!! God Bless!

    You said that you lefted it on stove over night ? also I did mine on stove and I put in fridge then I took a cup of oats in the morning and I put the rest away without preparing it .will the rest get spoiled or should I prepare like you did then put in the fridge? How many day can I leave in the fridge?
