I'm happy you tried these and like them. It's such an easy breakfast. And super filling too! I use 1/2 cup TJ's GF rolled oats, 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, a teaspoon of vanilla, a teaspoon of agave and a tablespoon of chia seeds. I mix that together in a container and keep that in the fridge overnight. Then I top it with frozen organic berry mix from Costco that's thawed, coconut flake, chopped walnuts and hemp seeds. It keeps me full for like half the day.

These look yummy! I always want to try overnight oats, but we get the gluten free oats from Trader Joe's. They take forever on the stovetop, do you think they will work with these recipes?

Kim, I love this idea! I am wondering, do you eat these hot or cold the next day and will they work in plastic containers? I know it's not the best, but that's what I'm workin with lol 😂
