    Thank you for your videos I totally appreciate them. It motivates me to continue on keto. I also just started gym but kind of lost on what weights to do along with cardio. I have a bad back with 3 surgeries so can't lift heavy. Hope some day you can do a video of what you do at the gym. Great video!!

    I hate that my comment is only about your hair (😂), but I’m doing that intentionally because I seriously love your hair so much just its natural way!!! You literally look 20 pounds lighter as well with your extensions out. But it’s not just that, it just looks so much more fresh and beautiful!! It’s nice and fun to change up our looks, of course, I totally get that! I wouldn’t be in the beauty industry if I didn’t understand that LOL.     I get it. Keep it simple with whole fresh foods but asking every now and then like maybe one time a week or once every two weeks can I eat like a good fat bar or a piece of keto fudge made with real butter, swerve, Lilly’s chocolates and heavy cream. I’m not talking all the time but what do you do when a sweet treat craving strikes on rare occasions? Also I’m wondering about ZEVIA sugar free sodas?

    At 79 and having gone from 1x to size 12 but then I stalled as I discovered all the treats also. I stopped losing and started gaining. It has now taking weeks to get back to true Ketosis. I am feeling how I did. Thanks for being real. I have to be basic and true because that is what is real. Much Aloha to you Daniela

    I'm absolutely loving your videos lately. I also need the obvious benefits of losing weight but my main objective is my health. I have End Stage Liver Disease and need to be as healthy as possible for my liver to continue to function. So yeah, the low carb, keto friendly items are no longer a staple in my kitchen. Thank you so much for keeping it honest, simple and basic.

    Thanks for keeping it real, Daniela! Those decadent keto recipes out there are cool because they create inclusivity for folks who want low carb, BUT they’re way higher in calories. Gotta have stuff in moderation and I don’t think they tell you that. Them pounds will sneak up quick if you ate like that all day. 🥴😂

    A lot of ppl who bash the keto diet don't understand the health benefits this diet has on our bodies outside of weight loss… for years before I started this diet I had to ice my knees Every day and pop Motrin literally every day… how is that healthy…

    Do you find around your cycle, maybe a week or so before you get cravings? I am finding I will be sooo good and then whilst in my luteal phase my body goes through a bottomless pit phase and I literally want to eat everything!! It threw me off track this month. BUT I am back on track and working out fron home.
    Keep it up! You look wonderful and I am always looking forward to your videos!!

    I feel like you’re more focused on health than weight loss and that’s not really popular. For decades people, especially women, have been bending over backwards doing unhealthy methods of weight loss because all they care about is aesthetics. No hate, I’ve been there. I’m there right now. But I admire what you’re doing.

    I can't do the gym because of time constraints but I got a Weslo treadmill from Walmart for <$400 (including insurance plan) used the YouTube trick to skip the membership for the treadmill, anyone in the house can use it.

    I appreciate that you share WHY your sugar gets high when it does, it takes a lot to recognize where we go astray, so YOU GO GIRL!
