I make a dish just like this except I marinate the chicken in soy and honey instead of using herbs and spices…but either way, the fat from the chicken during cooking makes the rice taste extra special…also make sure the thighs have the bone in because that adds extra flavor.
This is one of my favourite dishes but I use scotch bonnet peppers and I add mushrooms to the rice always delicious and very spicy but you are the bomb I love your voice so inspiring and sexy ๐๐๐๐
