My mother and I will be planning our Christmas dinner soon, I think I will send her this video 'cause I'm thinking scalloped potatoes, jingle bells, and a big pan of roasted veggies. Yum!

What a great video. I was just talking to my daughter about making plant based scalloped potatoes, and you come along and make it even easier. That is great. Must try the Jingle Balls too. They sound awesome. Great dishes to contribute to the feast this year. Reebs, you look wonderful. Hope all's going well.

Dillon & Reebs, thanks so much for pulling such a cool collection of holiday recipes into one place – that sure makes it easier to find both favorites and new things to try. I like pretty much anything made into meatball shape & consistency so the Jingle Balls will be first up for me. Have a great week and stay healthy. – SE in Delaware

I did a trial run of your rooty rice bake
and it was fabulous we liked it a lot

So my plan is to make a lentil loaf,
the rooty rice bake and perhaps the scalloped potatoes
and then mix and match it over the holiday season.
I have to say your recipe made a lot
so tomorrow night we are going to stuff peppers and tomatoes
with the left over rooty rice bake.
