You two are super cute!!! I love your videos. Please know you are lucky to have each other to go on this journey together. It's so hard doing it on my own when my husband and kids eat whatever in front of me! I just requested to join your fb group!

Intermittent fasting is such a great way. Read on Mayo Clinic’s website about it. Don’t deprive yourself. You will gain it all back. I do intermittent fasting. I eat desert during the time I eat and I do cardio and weight lifting. Muscle will weigh more but burns more calories. It still comes down to calories in to calories out.

I only have one word for you, it saved my life, reversed diabetes, blurred vision, heart palpitations and the list goes on, I am no longer on Meds and my lipid panel and A1C is back to normal. Also no more neuropathy. The word is Keto. Get off the sugars and drop your carbs down to under 30g and you will drop your 100 Lbs easy. Tons of people I know have dropped way over the 100 Lbs. Good luck.

Measurements and better yet, how clothes fit, are best! A pound is a pound is a pound, but because muscle tissue is more dense than adipose tissue, a person may weigh more, but be leaner. Because a body can pack more muscle on the chassis of the body than a person can pack adipose tissue. You got this! I have splurged in your cruise videos today; fantastic! Going on my first cruise in June!

Ive lost 140lbs and maintained it since 2019. Things ive learned on my journey are food labels lie in both calories and weights. I follow macros and weight every thing I eat. Dont think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change. Dont restrictict yourself because that leads to overeating those items. Alcohol makes me gain weight super fast because its usually high calorie so i avoid it except on 1 vacation a year. You guys will do great, especially because you are doing it together.

Great job guys! Please, no, don't throw the brownie cookies away, just cut them up and individually wrap them in aluminum foil and then put them in the freezer. That way you guys can split one like every other day! Good Luck this year and be kind to yourselves and patient, it took years of not being disciplined and it will take years of being disciplined, Grace and more Grace with yourselves, you got this!
