Crystal a food processor might work better look like the way you hold that knife you might slice off a finger in to that pot of veggies , yummy 🙂 That pot of veggies look like a compost pile LOL 🙂 that Instant pot look high tec. cool never seen one like that I all ways used a presser cookers . Another good veggie "Poke Salad" Google that . Poke Salad you can get for free but you need to know how to cook it because its posinouse if you don't boil it enough like 4 time dranning the water each time you boil it for how long each time I cant remember
