ya know i've never had cloves except on ham! never would have thought to add it to zest and sugar. I LOVE tea definitely gotta give these a try just curious do you add it to regular hot tea? ice tea? or does it matter? there are so many choices for tea now the possibilities are really limitless!

Thanks Bev, that looks great. I'm gonna have to try that and make a gift for myself of that, I'm a tea totaller and I love orange and zest my own here whenever I have some, same with lemons and limes or any citrus. It's crazy to think that I used to pay over 5 bucks just for a tiny jar of it pre done in the spice area of my grocery store!
Sounds lovely.. I am wondering though how it would work if you put whole cloves and the orange zest in honey for a week and then strain it! All sorts of idea's floating in my head because of your awesome video's. Thank you Bev!
