CHEESE: Have you ever seen the channel Cheese52 ? Lisa is an amazing resource for learning and watching about a vast array of various cheeses. Simple beginner to advanced cheeses, she shares recipes and resources that are exciting!
And there is the channel Gavin Webber. He is also amazing to watch and learn from.
I just now found your channel. Wish I would have found you sooner. This was a fantastic video. Thank You. ~Sharon from Florida

The best way I found to get Gamma Lids on, place the bucket upside down with the new lid (lid and ring) on the floor (I have hardwood floors, may not work as well on carpet). Stand on the bucket bottom, while holding onto a wall, the ring will nap in place (if circles on not one snap on the entire lid). This is much easier than using a hammer and/or rubber mallet.

Beautiful pantry! You have been hard at work and should be very proud of yourself. Your canning is beautiful and such a large variety of goodies keep up the good work😊. I know how time consuming it is I myself have put up over 800 jars this year 🥰

Loved this! You did such a beautiful job! Lots of hard work involved there! Love your earthquake-proof shelves. I live in Oregon so I have got to get that sort built up soon for my jars. I feel the same way about my growing/harvesting/preserving. I absolutely love it! Thanks for sharing!

You asked for recipes for your canned chicken leg quarters. My family actually prefers dark meat. I don't raise my own chickens, YET, so I stock up on 10 lb bags of fryer leg quarters when I get them on sale. I bring them home and pop them right into my insta pot with a shake of salt and 2-3 quarts of water. It has a setting for Poultry. 20 minutes later, I have a pot of chicken ready to be deboned and 2-3 quarts of broth. It gives me about 2-3 quarts of meat that literally falls off the bone – not stringy at all! I can it in half-pint, pint and quart jars. I use it in all kinds of stuff like yellow rice, tacos, casseroles, burritos, salads, sandwiches, etc. I then take the bones and cover them with cold water in my slow cooker and cook it for 24 hours and get a couple more quarts of bone broth. Then I can up the bones and grizzle with some broth to have on hand as food for my dogs. By this point, the bones are so soft, I can mash them between my fingers so they're safe for my pups to have.

First time viewer.. your video popped up in my feed, started watching yesterday late and then saw Jessica's video today where she referred you.. good to be in a circle of like minded ladies. Your pantry shelves are awesome. I look forward to seeing more videos in the future and perhaps catching up on some of your older ones where I can learn more about you and your family. I have a young friend whose aspirations are to have a large family she's due to have baby #3 in a week or so all boys so far. I hope eventually she'll start watching these channels to learn more about long term storage and working smarter not harder. Anna In Ohio
