My UK Instant Pot does not have a "Biryani" button. once it comes up to high pressure, how many minutes before switching to low and natural pressure release or forced release after switching to low?

I made this last night in my instant pot, but something must have went wrong. It looked amazing, smelled amazing, but had absolutely no flavor. 😩😩 I used the rice setting and followed the directions. Any suggestions please? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
