Dear whoever answers the comments (I have no idea…) : Any alternatives to the celery and celeriac? I’m allergic but I really want to make this. Gonna Christmas it up using the green pistou and add red pistou with cranberries and peppers! Also, can we use olive oil rather than nasty ass rapeseed or should it be another flavourless oil instead? Thanks!

French foodie here. You don't normally eat pistou with pot au feu, but I like the twist! Cooking is all about experimenting, after all. Kudos to you lot. Looks fab.

So sort of a boiled dinner only with a bit more flavor. Cool. It's fall here, and I bet this would be great on the chillier days.
What if you added some sort of pasta to it? Or, Oh, had some really dense home made bread!

Great. Now I'm hungry. Good thing I have some odon noodles and miso laying around. X1

So, is Sorted Food now basically a Kenwood channel? I mean, I don't blame them. Nowadays it's downright impossible to make good money on YouTube without sponsors but it feels like the older, quirky videos are gone and now most videos are excuses for product placement.
