Oh WOW, this was so good! added extra cheese to the goulash and cheated on the cornbread, I used a box of Jiffy cornbread mix, followed the directions on the box, and added the cheese per the recipe. Will make it again!!!

Please do not call this kind of dishes goulash, literally it has nothing inside that resembles to goulash, please just name it on your name, or your secret family pasta receipt, but remove goulash

"Johnny Marzetti" from the famous Marzetti Italian Restaurant downtown Columbus Ohio across from the State Capitol Building. In the 1800s the owner made up that dish (without the cornbread) and named it after a relative of hers. HUNGARIANS brought "goulash" to America – it has potatoes in it, meat and onion. The NAME "goulash" does not sound appetizing to me. Johnny Marzetti: Macaroni noodles, ground steak or ground chuck or hamburger, cut up bell pepper and onion, canned/dices or whole peeled squeezed, top with Parmesan Cheese – so good –

Made something similar to this but I added drained rinsed black beans, scallions, cilantro and green chilies after the PC cycle. Thanks for all your work and teachings.

I have to make this. I know it will become a favorite. I have a different pressure cooker so no crisper top. I think I can cook everything in the pressure cooker and then transfer it to a pan and top it with the cornbread mixture (gotta have that!) and pop it in the oven. I also think it would be wonderful with black beans in it. Thank you!
