RECIPE:
1 14oz Kielbasa (or any sausage you like)
2-3 Potatoes
2-3 Carrots
1 Onion
1 Head of Cabbage ( small to medium)
2-3 Cloves Fresh Garlic ( optional )
2-3 cups of Chicken Broth
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 Tsp.Thyme
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper ( to taste)
Saute onions and sausage for few minutes until onions are translucent. Add all ingredients ( except cabbage) to pot and cook until potatoes are soft. Add cabbage for last 8-10 minutes. ENJOY!
