Hi latif, is a one pot butter chicken possible? I know you have a butter chicken recipe on the channel but it was made in the restaurant in bulk for customers, i wonder if a smaller portion and a simpler version could be done at home with the nice butter chicken flavors.

I’ve been watching several of your ‘One Pot’ dishes, which I think is a wonderful addition and a significant shift away from the true restaurant ‘you need gravy’-style of cooking since, ordinarily, I’m not cooking for 20, 30, or even 50 people. Maybe, I just don’t have many friends.

Anyway, having watched your episodes, I do note that many of the ingredients, spices and so on are the same across your one pot dishes and I fear, is there a danger that they might taste all the same?

By the way, I did cook the one pot Chicken Bhuna – utterly yum, and am looking forward to cooking the Garlic Chilli Chicken!

    Best wishes

    Dean.

Hiya Latif, can't wait to try this recipe this week, watched your channel for a while and have to say I've never struggled to follow your instructions and always enjoyed the dishes.
Im born and bred in Bradford, and remember in the 1970s when BIR were beginning to become a thing in my city, so fair to say that I know my way around great Asian food.
As much as I still enjoy eating out i look just as forward to cooking one of your recipes at home.
Many thanks for the Inspiration latif.
    Anthony.

Wow! Just finished making this amazing dish and it is a cracker! You need to be patient to ensure it cooks down properly and the garlic cloves are soft, but well worth the time and effort.

Love your stuff. It's got me away from my fears of Indian food and I am banging out bir food at least twice a week. One question why do you say Bismillah when you do. i know what it means but don't understand why you say it when you do. Keep up the amazing vids. You really are an inspiration

Love your one pot curries! How I used to make it back in the day but using Pataks paste, now I just use spices being inspired by you and the dishes are amazing, thank you!
