Thanks for such an easy (for me) recipe to follow. I was so glad you did not break the pasta in two. Just let it soften and it will all cook. Angel hair cooks so fast that it will get over cooked easily. Anyway one item I would throw in would be some shrimp. Man, that's good eating!!
