ITALIAN CARBONARA
ITALIAN:
ingredienti: guanciale, pepe, uova, pecorino, spaghetti e parmigiano
procedimento:
-tagliate il guanciale
-mescolate i tuorli con il pecorino e il parmigiano, amalgamate il tutto in modo che venga un composto cremoso, salate (pochino perchè ce già il sale negli ingredienti) e mettete il sale
-METTETE L'ACQUA NELLA PENTOLA E QUANDO BOLLE METTETE GLI SPAGHETTI SENZA ROMPERLI DIO MIO (la pasta deve essere condita mentre il fuoco è spento senno l'uovo diventa una frittata)
-nel mentre mettete il GUANCIALE O PANCETTA (meglio il guanciale) sul fuoco e fateli diventare croccanti SENZA OLIO
-buttate la pasta tenendo conto del suo tempo di cottura
-scolate la pasta al dente ( con una consistenza equilibrata non cruda o scotta)
-mescolate la pasta (non troppo asciutta quindi non buttate l'acqua di cottura potrebbe servirvi per inumidire la pasta qualora sarà asciutta) nella pentola ancora un pochino calda dove l'hai cucinata e unisci le uova con il formaggio e il guanciale
-mettetelo in un piatto e se volete aggiungete pecorino e pepe a vostro piacere

-mix the pasta (not too dry so do not throw the cooking water you might need it if the pasta is dry )in the still a little hot pot where you cooked it and combine it with the eggs with the cheese and bacon
– put it on a plate and if you want add pecorino and pepper to your taste
