You're such a delight to watch! Honestly, my mood just rose from 10 to 100! I wish I was so bubbly and squeaky and enthusiastic😍🎈
I mean, I'm still very enthusiastic about the food I like, but not on that level😂

I've done this with my slow cooker browned everything first then whacked it in and then when I've woke up to go to work set the slow cooker off on low when I've got back put the potatoes in and the dumplings and turn up to medium by the time I've got changed it's done look it sometimes I've added some English mustard in at the start as well either powder (not son much!) or ready made bostin with crusty bread on a cold winters night

Hi. The stew sounds good. I think I'm going to try it. Do you make chili? How about squash? I'm American, in America. Could you possibly at times provide American measurement equivalents, please. Thank you.

I'm glad you're feeling better and are back to your normal pixie self. 🙂 For those of us not from the UK or her territories, would you explain what a "braising" steak is? Thanks. Great video!

Katie, I must confess ignorance. Suet? In America that's unwanted grease packed with birds seed and nuts used to feed bluejays, magpies, woodpeckers, and such. What's British suet?

    amazing video as always!
I just started to make a killer stew of hare or rabbit (or a mix, really just what I have around) and make it sort of like a goulash and after 3-4 hours it will be such a good dish for the cold dark days that you forget the misseary and focus on the good spirit of the coming Christmas 🙂

Delicious as always, perfect for these chilly days we've been having! My hands down favorite winter warmer has to be a classic my mom makes called Firehouse Black Bean Chilly!

That stew looks ace, I'll have to try it out. I've been slow cooking a fair bit recently, it's great having it cooking all day and ready just as I get in from work.
My fav winter warmer, has to be my family recipe for scouse!
